FOUNDING DIRECTOR
Dr. Adiel Mbabu serves as a development consultant with CAPDEV Consultants Limited. He previously served as the Regional Director for the International Potato Center (CIP) for Sub-Saharan Africa. Before joining CIP, he served as Senior Adviser – Agriculture Development (AusAID) and as Technical Director, Agricultural Research and Development Support Facility in Papua New Guinea (PNG).

Other positions held include senior research fellow with International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), programme officer at the Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in East and Central Africa (ASARECA) and technical adviser for socioeconomics programme at the Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI).
COMPUTER SCIENTIST
Eric Muthuri is a computer scientist specializing in data science and analytics, with expertise in digital data collection and aggregation, database engineering, web development and blockchains. He begun his career at the International Potato Center (CIP) as a Data and Knowledge Management Assistant. This has been followed by various consultancies for organizations including Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA) and FARA's Strengthening Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Ecosystem for Inclusive Rural Transformation and Livelihoods in Eastern Africa (AIRTEA) project.

In addition to his experience in data science and analytics, Eric has also been working in the blockchain industry. His work has been focused on researching and implementing algorithms for blockchains and distributed ledgers. Eric's multifaceted background and comprehensive skill set make him a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of data-driven technologies and ensuring effective solutions in various domains.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Christina leverages her diverse marketing, data and communication expertise in proposal writing and the preparation of bidding documents. She actively supports project implementation, notably in budget management and activity monitoring. Christina plays a central role in conducting literature reviews, writing proposals, editing, filing and distributing reports. She also creatively prepares slide decks, breaking down complex ideas into clear and precise messages.
